We ask for your cooperation in getting these forms to us no later then the dates shown above. We must prepare these forms for processing and time is limited. If you fail to get registrations to us by the dates shown above, we will not promise that these persons will be allowed to vote. Please help us by getting everything to us on time.

WHO IS QUALIFIED TO REGISTER TO VOTE

1.) A United States Citizen

2.) Be 18 years old by Election Day

3.) Be a resident of Illinois for 30 days prior to the election

WHO MUST REGISTER

1.) Every qualified person who desires to vote

2.) Any currently registered person who has had a name change

3.) Any currently registered voter who has failed to transfer his/her registration to their present address and whose registration was cancelled as a result.

WHO MUST TRANSFER THEIR REGISTRATION

1.) Any person who is currently in Tazewell County and has moved to a new address within Tazewell County. This includes moving from one apartment to another in the same complex.
