Discussion: After lengthy discussion by the board, official’s salaries’ policy will be amended. Proposed amendments include May 1, 2013 be inserted for starting date and January 1, 2014 for Assessor starting date. Also Assessor salary to read $30000 combined salary for Assessor and assistant.

Road Report: Road Commissioner Risinger spoke on no snow saved township money for salt. Also 2 catch basins at the country club were temporarily repaired.

Assessor’s Report: Assessor Hiller spoke on annual assessors meeting on December 2. There were a few minor changes on development values. Also, county took aerial photos of boundary lines that will be available in the future.
