            SUMMARY OF PURPOSE: the body exists pursuant to the Illinois Constitution and 60 ILCS. It carries out the duties and powers set forth for Illinois Townships under the Illinois Constitution and the statues of

            FUNCTIONAL SUBDIVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC ENTITY: This Township operates through its officers and Board of Township Trustees. There are no functional subdivisions of this Township government.

Forms for doing this may be obtained through the Township Clerk. Reasonable costs will be charged to the requestor by the Township for copying any records. A cost of 15 cents per copy will be charged after the first 50 copies have been delivered to a requestor.
